2-1-1 INFORMATION
The most complete listing of resources available in any Utah county can be found by calling 2-1-1 from any phone or by visiting the Utah United Way 2-1-1 website for Utah County (211utah.org). You can also reach the Utah County 2-1-1 information online by visiting the local website (unitedwayuc.org)

To access services, you must have a current photo ID. Your Utah County Jail release form will be accepted if you don’t have current state ID.

WORKFORCE SERVICES

Food cards, financial assistance, childcare and medical programs for qualified applicants (click here). Keep in mind that it takes time for your application for any benefits, including food cards, to be processed.

There are three Workforce Services office in Utah County open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm:

  • 1550 N. 200 West, Provo, UT
  • 557 W. State Street, Lehi, UT
  • 1185 N. Canyon Creek Parkway, Spanish Fork, UT

TRANSPORTATION

To apply for a UTA reduced fare FAREPAY card, click here. People who qualify include seniors (65+), persons with disabilities (Medicare or health care professional verification), and low-income persons (income level 150% or less of federal poverty guidelines).

And great news! The 830 UVX rapid transit bus that runs between Provo East Bay/Provo Central Station and Orem Central Station via BYU and UVU is free of charge for all riders through the end of 2021
